Shipping policy

We pack and ship orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive your tracking number via SMS or email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated in the courier system.

Standard Express — West Malaysia
Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days (depending on location)

Standard Express — East Malaysia
Estimated delivery: 3–10 working days (depending on location)

Standard International Shipping
We currently ship from Malaysia to selected countries.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination and local customs clearance.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 working days.
