Refund policy

We offer exchanges only within 7 days from the day you receive your order. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or if the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Any shipping costs for exchanges (to return and resend) will be covered by the customer. Exchanges depend on stock availability and can only be done once per order. We encourage you to refer to our size chart before making a purchase to avoid back-and-forth shipping.


If We Made a Mistake
If your order arrived with the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello.awordstore@gmail.com with subject 'Return Item', your order number, and attached photos of the damaged/wrong item before proceeding with the return process. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
Note: Only manufacturing defects are eligible. Damages caused by washing, ironing over the graphic, stretching, or regular wear and tear are not covered.


Exchange Item Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• Returned with any original packaging (e.g., box or dust bag)
Items that are washed, worn, altered, stained, or scented (perfume, detergent, etc.) cannot be accepted.
